Nodelab

History

About 5 years ago Eliane Zgraggen started with the conception of a digital platform for participatory documentation and visualization of projects and processes. Convinced that participatory documentation offers much more than just a multi-perspective accompaniment of a process, she realizes projects in various cooperations and continuously develops the existing tool.
Concrete projects were realized with Dezentrum.ch (David Simon, Vinzenz Leutenegger and Flurin Hess) as well as with Felix Marthaler, currently with Joris Nordermeer and kompiuterzeugs gmbh (Ivo Schindler).

Project

The prototype, the digital platform "Labyrinth2020.ch".

Labyrinth2020.ch was prototype and for tanzundkunst königsfelden the digital, interactive platform for the 4th Art Education project. The digital space existed as a forge of muses and cooperation for the approximately 150 students*, teachers and artists* involved in Labyrinth2020.
A virtual place that supported a year-long interdisciplinary exchange that took place analogously and - due to Covid 19 - partly exclusively digitally, and offered maximum space for intrinsic motivation.
The heterogeneous "community" involved in the Labyrinth2020 art project documented the process in a participatory manner from the very beginning and linked the fragmentary content associatively. Interaction, co-creation and a "sense of community" emerged.
The platform provided the opportunity to negotiate the project's progress and the "ordering system" of the documented content.
With the outbreak of the pandemic, the digital platform allowed the project to continue without interruption and also developed into the central exchange point of the same, as it could only continue in a decentralized and digital way after the school closure.
The platform also gave the project high visibility and the possibility of wide coverage at all times, and also facilitated monitoring in a complex project.
